For this 60 minutes, we're going to talk about food groups and food components, and I'm going to break down what the research says about how they affect inflammation when you consume them.

I've done a deep dive into the swamp of statistics and results, and will share with you the results of hundreds of studies - from comprehensive reviews of their results.

You'll learn about something called the "Dietary Inflammatory Index", and how it relates to blood sugar.

We'll refer to your 3-day log and take an inventory of the anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory foods you're consuming.

You'll share (if you want) what you found and what steps you need to take going forward.
